Crushing & Screening Ltd are pleased to announce the introduction of our customer feedback form. Traditionally, we have always requested customer feedback through a follow up telephone call. The new form formalizes this process and allows customers time to reflect and consider a more formal response.
Initial replies are very encouraging, thank you to all our customers for responding so promptly. This information is central to our desire to provide an agreeable customer experience and excellent equipment.
A feedback form should reach all our customers a week or two after installation, however, if you do not receive one, please ask, we are very happy to provide a form by return.
