We manufacture a range of bag filling systems, all configured to our customers’ requirements. Our standard bulk bag filling machine can fill up to four bulk bags per minute. A large capacity hopper feeds onto a large in-feed belt conveyor, currently offered with 800 or 650mm widths. These FIBC filling machines are controlled by an integrated weighing systems (of either weigh-in or weigh-out types). This controls the bulk bag fill to a pre-set weigh, making automation very precise at high-speed and volume. Built to a very high standard, guaranteed and available with many optional extras. Robust and capable of withstanding many years of service, even when bagging the most abrasive materials.
