Concrete Batching Plant
Crushing & Screening Ltd are now a UK partener for the supply of FIBO intercon automated concrete dispensing stations. This new concept which allows drive-through customers to purchase freshly prepared and documented concrete, mortar or screed, in the required amounts. The target audience is everyone in need of smaller loads, from 0,15 m3 (150 litres), such as small contractors, landscapers, farmers, builders and DIYs.
From an easy-to-use, intuitive touch screen, customers choose the amount of the product they need and pay by credit card, bar code or RFID tag at the terminals next to the screen. Within minutes the product is dispensed from a conveyor belt, into a truck or trailer and a receipt is printed at the terminal.

The click and Collect batching plant produces weight-batched concrete using a cement pre-weight solution with +/-1% dosing accuracy, according to EN206-standards.

The data for every batch of concrete is stored in the cloud, which gives you total and reliable trackability of everything the plant produces. Moreover, you can use the data to create delivery notes, quality assurance accreditation documents and much more.
3. Built-in Environmental Safety
Click and Collect plants feature optional built-in washing systems and waste disposal plants. Cleaning the mixer between batches ensures higher recipe accuracy, automated, shorter cleaning time and the option to add a washout recycling unit, which separates the water for sanitization and use in new batches. The washout can be used as aggregate.
